Long-stay terms
- The long-stay rate requires at least 30 consecutive nights in one booking.
- The discount applies to the room rate. Meals, transfers and extras are charged separately.
- The first month is paid when you book; each following month is paid in advance.
- If you check out before 30 nights, the standard nightly rate applies to the nights you stayed.
- Discounts vary by season and room type. The offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The resort is closed from 31 December to 3 January each year.
- Pets are not allowed. Baby cots cost AMD 7,000 per night.
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Photo ID is required at check-in.
